Camera Cage and Handle Design
The SHAPE cage kit provides protection and accessory mounting for RED KOMODO cameras, featuring side plates with M6 ARRI rosettes, a top plate with various threaded holes, and an L-shaped top handle constructed from anodized aluminum and Canadian maple with Push-Button Technology enabling 360-degree rotation and balance adjustments.
Accessory Mounting Features
The handle includes multiple 3/8-16 ARRI-style anti-twist accessory threads and a cold shoe with a tilting mount bracket for monitors, video lights, or microphones up to 4.4 lb. The baseplate system matches the RED KOMODO optical center and features a dovetail spacer with ARRI rosette mounts and 15 mm aluminum rods for versatile accessory support.
Follow Focus and Matte Box
The SHAPE Follow Focus Kit includes a compact rubber anti-slip wheel and versatile drive gears with a Swing Arm Design for quick lens changes. The 2-stage 4 x 5.6 inch Matte Box has a wide field of view, removable swing-away module for lens access, and adjustable rod blocks for compatibility.
