Compatibility and Design
The SHAPE 15 mm Baseplate is tailored for Canon EOS C100, C300, and C500 cameras and is not compatible with the Canon C200. It provides a smaller, lighter setup solution that can be expanded for more elaborate configurations.
Rod System and Attachments
It features integrated 15 mm rods measuring 12 inches in length for added stability and accessory mounting options, allowing for the attachment of follow focus units, zoom motors, and matte boxes.
Mounting Options
The baseplate attaches beneath the camera using 4 x M4 screws or the included 3/8-16 and 1/4-20 screws, and includes 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes for tripod plate attachments, aligning the lens center with the rod height for optimal setup.
