Detailed description
Top Handle
The ergonomic and removable SHAPE Top Handle allows mounting of the Sony XLR-K2M audio unit and provides a comfortable wooden grip. It features push-button technology for 360° rotation and weight balancing, multiple mounting holes including ARRI 3/8"-16, SHAPE 1/4"-20, cold shoe mounts, and a rod clamp holder for 15 mm rods.
Quick Release Rod Base System and Metabones Adapter
The cage mounts to its base via the SHAPE Quick Release Rod Base System with a 15 mm rod bloc system aligned to the Sony A7R III optical center. This allows quick mounting and removal by pressing a release button. The removable Metabones Adapter Support Bracket offers 15 mm vertical adjustment, reduces lens mount stress, and can be detached when not in use.
